Great Grandma Franzen, Makenna, and I have been back at again with canning. This year we have canned green beans, salsa, and even homemade spaghetti sauce. We enjoy every minute of it and can't wait to do more. Next on our list is bread and butter pickles (depending on how many cucumbers I get out of my garden), peach salsa, applesauce, and if I can talk Grandma into it apple juice.
