A few weeks ago our family attended the Gifford Grade School assembly where they presented the family and school with a purple bench and plaque that will be put up in memory of Aunt Janet. Also in the future a tree is going to be planted at the school along with a rock. The school also gave Uncle Sam a picture album filled with kids thoughts and prayers for the family. It was great to read all the comments the kids wrote about Aunt Janet. Some made us laugh and others made us cry. It's so amazing how many lives she touched and how the kids loved her so much. She is so dearly missed. There is not a day that goes by that I don't think of her.
