At the Gifford 4th of July Celebration, Makenna participated in her first tractor pull. The morning of the pull we had her in the basement practicing on Ryan's toy tractor. We would give her the ready..set..go and tell her she needed to pedal fast and not stop. We even told her she would be pulling something heavy behind her and the further she went the heavier it would get. When she did the actual pull you could tell she was like "Why is this so heavy and why can't I pedal anymore." Next year we may have her practice actually pulling something behind her instead of just pedaling. She did a great job and Ryan and I were very proud of her.

In the next class was Carter Evans, which is my good friend, Jamie's son. He did a great job almost getting a full pull. Good Job Carter!
